Your core impact is driving product adoption and improving patient communication through scalable training programs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead change and adoption during major operational transitions
• Design induction, change, and ongoing learning programmes
• Improve onboarding by identifying risks and opportunities
• Use data and feedback to assess training effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a SaaS or product-led company
• Led large-scale implementations and onboarding initiatives
• Ability to explain product functionality practically
• Data-informed decision making with customer feedback
