• Own a portfolio of open court hearings via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate rates with attorneys in real time while maintaining margin
• Triage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Manage scheduling changes and urgent coverage gaps
• Confirm assignments and track metrics for accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Proven high-volume outbound call experience
• Real negotiation experience handling counteroffers
• Strong triage instincts to prioritize and explain reasoning
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple cases
