Description

You will lead the SME team to develop high-quality educational content and digital experiments for K-12 and Higher Ed. You'll coordinate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure content meets scientific, pedagogical, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of subject matter experts
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills
• Expertise in science, medical, literacy, or mathematics education content development
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver on schedule
• Familiarity with digital content QA processes

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate SME workloads, priorities, and content quality
• Act as main bridge between SMEs, Product, Design, Unity/Development, and Learn teams
• Oversee workflow and ticketing processes including task creation and final content checks
• Lead requirement gathering for new content and translate pedagogical needs into actionable tasks
