🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect core agent orchestration layer including tool use and memory
• Design evaluation, observability, and reliability frameworks
• Establish engineering standards for agentic development
• Partner with ML, product, and platform engineers to ship features

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of backend engineering with NodeJS or Python
• Experience with distributed systems at scale
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Deep understanding of agent architectures

• Open-source contributions to LLM or agent frameworks
• Prior experience at an AI-native company
