Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Commitment to scheduled shifts
• Availability for morning, evening, or overnight shifts
• Willingness to work with trach and vent clients

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty 1:1 homecare to clients
• Work with trach and vent clients (higher acuity)
• Maintain one-to-one care ratios
• Ensure preventive care coverage
