• Conduct title research in county records via databases or courthouses
• Review other landmen's work and provide constructive feedback
• Analyze and document research findings for client reports
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of title work experience
• AAPL membership
• Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with online title research databases
