You'll own the full sales cycle for public sector accounts in Belgium, responding to RFPs and leading change management for digital transformation. You'll help consolidate Alan's public sector growth and shape the go-to-market playbook for a fast-growing health partner.

• Identify and prospect strategic public sector targets
• Prepare and respond to RFPs with written proposals
• Deliver oral presentations and manage post-win deployment
• Contribute to sales playbook and RFP process standardization

📋 Requirements

• Change management experience shifting mindsets
• Interpersonal skills to build trust in relationship-driven sector
• Dutch fluency (C2+) in formal contexts
• English advanced level
