Requirements

• Bachelor's in computer science or similar
• 5+ years of recent hands-on C++ product development experience
• Experience in backend distributed systems development
• Passion for blockchain technology
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively

Responsibilities

• Increase capabilities, performance, scalability, and reliability of the XRP ledger
• Participate in full software development lifecycle including architecture, design, C++ development, bug fixing, and validations
• Contribute to open-source XRP Ledger community and set high standards for coding, testing, and deployment
• Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality
