You'll lead staff development, manage property administration, and drive customer experience initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach staff performance and foster a positive team environment.
• Manage resident accounts, utility billing, and accounts receivables.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance and curb appeal.
• Handle escalated resident concerns and account matters timely.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in property management or living communities.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous detail orientation and customer-centric mindset.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Entrata software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Previous student housing experience.
