💼 About This Role

You'll take full ownership of the infrastructure lifecycle for a modern cloud-based platform. You'll drive scalability and reliability through automation and observability. This role offers autonomy and impact in a fully remote, international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC and container orchestration
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient, secure application delivery
• Drive GitOps practices to automate deployments and improve consistency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and reduce overhead
• Lead incident management including troubleshooting, post-mortems, and reliability improvements

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering in cloud-native environments
• Strong expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and Linux systems
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Solid programming skills in Python or Go

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Flux or similar GitOps tools
• Deep understanding of GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools
