💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy the modern data and automation stack for finance operations at a high-growth AI company. You'll build systems that power how the finance team runs, turning manual spreadsheets into production-grade automation. This is a rare, foundational role at the intersection of finance, data engineering, and applied AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain financial data models using dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for finance leaders
• Identify and automate high-value finance workflows (close, reconciliations, procurement)
• Deploy AI agents and automation into live finance processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in finance operations, data engineering, or analytics engineering
• Proficient in SQL and Python with strong CS fundamentals
• Understand data needs of accounting, FP&A, strategic finance, and procurement
• Experience building in high-growth, ambiguous environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI agents or LLM-powered tools
• Background in financial data governance and audit readiness
• Experience in strategic finance, accounting, or finance transformation
