You'll expand our partner ecosystem by engaging top-tier benefit brokerages. You'll drive outbound prospecting and inbound lead management to build relationships. This role offers unlimited PTO and a collaborative startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage consultants through outbound campaigns
• Represent Benepass at industry conferences and events
• Manage inbound consultant inquiries and qualify leads
• Coordinate lunch and learn sessions for consulting teams

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in client-facing benefits consulting role
• Proven outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach.io
