🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and improve engineering processes across full lifecycle
• Define and maintain robust governance approaches for excellence
• Lead assurance activities to verify design proving evidence
• Align process development with digital tools and systems

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in process development within aerospace or regulated industry
• Strong understanding of AS9100 and POA requirements
• First-hand experience in manufacturing engineering
• Familiarity with digital tools such as PLM, ERP, and MES

• Comfortable engaging with external governing bodies like CAA or BSI
• Ability to lead through influence and guide cross-functional teams
• Experience embedding best practices without direct line authority
