💼 About This Role

You'll manage day-to-day sales deduction activities within the Accounts Receivable team at a $1B beauty company. You'll analyze customer claims, validate deductions, and recover invalid ones while ensuring accurate month-end close.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review aging reports for assigned deductions
• Obtain customer claims from portals and email
• Validate deductions using invoices and shipping documents
• Resolve claims with sales, warehouse, and customers

📋 Requirements

• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize large amounts of data efficiently

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP
• Familiarity with EDI portals
• Background in accounts receivable
