Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems. You will also perform regular maintenance and respond to service calls, with extensive daily travel and occasional overnights.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
• Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems including diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and replacing components
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Performing maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports
