Description

Lead brand protection efforts across the APAC region by identifying and removing counterfeit and unauthorized products online and offline. You will collaborate with global teams and local authorities to enforce intellectual property rights, manage investigations, and drive risk analysis to protect the brand's integrity.

Requirements

• 10+ years in anti-counterfeiting enforcement and brand protection
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and trademark strategy
• Proven experience with law enforcement, customs, and legal firms
• Familiarity with APAC online platforms and social media ecosystems
• Fluent in English; based in Shanghai or Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Act as primary APAC liaison for Global Brand Protection team
• Manage strategic relationships with authorities and online marketplaces
• Lead monitoring and response to unauthorized resale on physical and online marketplaces
• Provide regular enforcement updates and risk insights
• Oversee vendor activity and analyze trends for process improvements
