You'll lead technical excellence and innovation for Theodo's Run division, ensuring operational excellence across diverse tech stacks. You'll structure technical teams and drive observability and AI-augmented support to make Run a market reference.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Measure and improve technical quality through incident metrics
• Recruit and develop technical lieutenants for growing teams
• Innovate on observability, AI support, and automation
• Support complex technical sales and client credibility

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of production run experience (incidents, SLO, monitoring)
• Experience structuring technical teams and managing leads
• Track record in reliability improvement and operational innovation

✨ Nice to Have

• ITILv4 or ISO20000 knowledge
• Experience in managed services (Claranet, SQLI)
• Communication skills for conferences and social media
