🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver next-generation scalability solutions, including throughput optimization.
• Lead protocol initiatives related to proposer-builder separation and MEV mitigation.
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models within EVM-based environments.
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure components and client tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and building large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients such as Geth or similar.
• Proven track record of architecting production-grade systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, or parallel execution models.
• Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level engineering experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
