You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, delivering financial insights and analyses to drive growth and profitability. Your responsibilities include tracking KPIs, leading forecasting and budgeting, supporting commercial decisions with financial modeling, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, PE/VC, IB, consulting, or equity research
• Commercially minded with understanding of finance enabling strategic growth
• Exceptional analytical and modeling skills
• Advanced Excel; comfortable with SQL and large data models
• Strong communicator able to influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic business partner to Leadership and department heads with data-driven analyses
• Track, analyze, and forecast key business and financial KPIs
• Lead quarterly forecasting and budget planning processes
