💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate across engineering teams to drive delivery of cross-functional initiatives at a fast-growing prediction market platform. You'll own timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for high-priority projects, and build the processes and tooling to scale. You'll be the bridge between product vision and engineering execution in a high-stakes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives across backend, infrastructure, and consumer features.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and leadership to resolve blockers.
• Design frameworks, rituals, and tooling for project visibility without adding bureaucracy.
• Set standards for technical documentation and decision records.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical program or project management.
• Experience scaling engineering teams from 10 to 50+ engineers.
• Experience in consumer fintech or trading platforms.
• Ability to understand architecture tradeoffs and scope work across teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at prediction markets, sports betting, or trading exchanges.
• Crypto/DeFi familiarity and understanding of blockchain mechanics.
• Smart contract exposure and audit scoping experience.
