Description
You will oversee the full lifecycle of custom outdoor living projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations. Act as the primary client contact, coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams, supervise subcontractors, and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in outdoor living, construction, or home improvement
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with customer service focus
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Arcsite, ServiceTitan, or similar)
- Knowledge of outdoor living installations, materials, and construction methods preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage full lifecycle of outdoor living projects, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams for seamless execution
- Supervise subcontractors and crews to maintain adherence to plans and standards
