• Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to exceed acquisition targets.
• Develop strategies to identify and onboard new hotel partners in Japan.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in a leadership role managing 5+ members
• Native Japanese and business-level English
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and make strategic decisions
