You'll lead multidisciplinary teams to assess and design water infrastructure for under-resourced communities nationwide. Your work will directly help communities access critical funding and address clean water challenges. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to innovative solutions for emerging contaminants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for water/wastewater infrastructure planning and design.
• Assess community water and wastewater infrastructure needs.
• Develop planning documents and technical reports for funding applications.
• Deliver preliminary and detailed project designs for municipal projects.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in municipal water or wastewater system planning.
• Experience with Capital Improvement Programs and funding frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with decentralized wastewater systems.
• Experience evaluating infrastructure needs of small and rural communities.
• Multiple state PE licenses preferred.
