🎯 What You'll Do

• Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor performance and analyze variances against targets.
• Deliver reporting with root-cause analysis and insights.
• Build financial and scenario models for strategic decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA) and BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker).
• ERP systems experience (BC365).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cost allocation methodologies.
• Interest in digital or AI-driven tools.
• Knowledge of cash flow forecasting.
