💼 About This Role

You'll build robust payment reconciliation frameworks and safeguarding processes for Airwallex's global payment flows. You'll create transparency on cash positions and compliance, providing senior management with insights to manage risk and support scalable growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate safeguarding frameworks for UK EMI/PSP
• Perform daily safeguarding calculations and reconciliations
• Partner cross-functionally to translate regulatory requirements into scalable workflows
• Prepare for external safeguarding audits and regulatory reviews

📋 Requirements

• Professional experience in safeguarding or client money within an EMI/PSP/bank/fintech
• Strong knowledge of UK EMRs 2011 and PSRs 2017
• Hands-on background with daily safeguarding operations and reconciliations
• Ability to work with complex data sets using SQL/Excel/BI tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with intragroup payment services
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or Accounting
• Experience with regulatory audits and remediation plans
