You'll design and build core backend systems for a high-performance trading platform using low-latency Java and event-driven architecture. Your work directly enables multi-asset trading with robust risk controls and real-time observability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop core backend systems for market connectivity and order routing.
• Implement ultra-low-latency, GC-free components using lock-free and off-heap programming.
• Collaborate with product and trading teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Participate in performance profiling, JVM tuning, and debugging complex production issues.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Java backend development experience in trading or real-time systems.
• Deep understanding of Java multithreading, memory models, and garbage collection.
• Proven experience in GC-free or low-GC programming using sun.misc.Unsafe and direct buffers.
• Familiarity with Aeron, SBE, or other low-latency messaging libraries.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ClickHouse, kdb+, or InfluxDB.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Chinese language skills.
