You'll own and evolve the systems, data, and processes that connect Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations at a company growing ~150% ARR. You'll build a CRM the team trusts and a forecasting model the Board relies on. This is a builder role where you'll engineer AI-driven automations across the GTM tech stack.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and optimize Salesforce instance with clean data and automation
- Deliver weekly pipeline and revenue reports for CRO and Board
- Lead revenue forecasting cadence with Sales leadership
- Partner with Finance on annual planning and quota distribution
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
- At least 3 years in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise (admin-level preferred)
- Experience building and maintaining AI-driven automations across GTM systems

- Financial services or compliance industry experience
- Actively uses AI tools to improve operational efficiency
