💼 About This Role

You'll join the Enterprise AI and Automation team to design and deliver end-to-end solutions for ambiguous business problems. Your core impact is transforming messy processes into functional, user-friendly tools using AI-assisted development and low-code platforms. You'll own discovery, design, and delivery with full autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage requests and conduct discovery including process mapping and stakeholder interviews
• Design end-to-end user experience with wireframes and interface designs
• Build working prototypes using low-code platforms and AI-assisted development
• Transition prototypes into scalable applications and manage your project portfolio

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in problem-solving, process improvement, and hands-on solution delivery
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Retool) and AI-assisted development tools
• Data fluency including ability to explore data in Snowflake and generate SQL queries

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with JavaScript/Python at a read-and-modify level
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and project management tools like Jira and GitHub
• Background in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro) or business process automation
