💼 About This Role
You'll serve as a human-in-the-loop for our AI communications platform, bridging insurance verification with machine learning. You'll teach the Infinitus AI system how to navigate complex healthcare reimbursement processes. This role combines contact center expertise with cutting-edge AI training.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Assist AI system in completing insurance verification calls.
- Provide feedback to improve healthcare data collection and AI accuracy.
- Ensure quality of recorded AI outputs and accurate data entry.
- Identify and document Adverse Events during interactions.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years experience in healthcare, contact center, or insurance/patient access.
- HIPAA compliance and safeguarding PHI.
- Comfortable learning new proprietary software programs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under high volume.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in high-volume call center environment.
- Previous experience as Case Manager or Reimbursement Specialist.
- 1-2 years Customer Service or Sales experience.
