💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Technical Services team at CSG Consultants, overseeing air quality, GHG, noise, and energy studies. You'll develop the technical services business plan and ensure CEQA/NEPA compliance. This newly established role allows you to build an in-house team from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Technical Manager for specialized environmental studies.
• Develop Technical Studies Business Plan with Director.
• Lead and review technical modeling for air, GHG, noise, etc.
• Manage team budget, financial performance, and workload.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or related field.
• Minimum 4 years professional experience in air quality/noise compliance.
• Deep understanding of CEQA and NEPA principles.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with California climate change plans and programs.
• Experience presenting at public hearings or to clients.
• Valid California driver's license with satisfactory record.
