You'll proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they derive maximum value from Spin.AI's SaaS security platform. You'll build long-term relationships, address concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention and growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Guide customers through onboarding to ensure smooth transition.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars on best practices.
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for issue resolution.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management in tech/cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS security market and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
