🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Data Governance roadmap aligned with enterprise vision.
• Implement Data Quality Management procedures and KPIs.
• Lead data governance council and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
• Collaborate with security teams on data classification and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Management or Data Governance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Experience with AI systems in production.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK frameworks.
• Experience with SOX and public company data requirements.
• Ability to draft Decision Papers and Charters.
