You'll drive Penumbra's growth in Latin America by supporting the Country Manager of Brazil. Your core impact will be executing field medical visits and product training through distributor partnerships. This role is 100% fieldwork-focused, ensuring adoption of medical technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct field medical visits with distributors for product training.
• Plan and operationalize hands-on workshops and training sessions.
• Support product launches in assigned region through distributor channels.
• Select, manage, train, and develop staff with performance feedback.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Medical Devices (Sales, Clinical Support, or Training).
• Experience conducting workshops or product demonstrations in hospitals.
