Description

You will play a key role in a fast-growing accounting team, focusing on accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury operations, day-to-day accounting, and general ledger management. You'll execute month-end close processes, reconcile accounts and bank statements, and partner with departments to support financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience in AR, AP, treasury, and GL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel; NetSuite experience a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury operations, and general ledger
• Execute month-end close processes and reconcile account balances and bank statements
• Assist with cash forecasting and bank relationship management
• Process requisitions, POs, invoices, and collections through Coupa
• Ensure accuracy of departmental expense accounting and reporting
