Description

You will provide 1:1 skilled home care for an 18-year-old female with a tracheostomy in a comfortable setting. Day and night shifts available, with paid training offered to build your skills and confidence.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Compassionate and dependable
• Ability to provide skilled nursing care
• Willingness to learn tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Flexible schedule for day/night shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care for a client with tracheostomy
• Manage ventilator and other advanced care needs
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Document client care and report changes
• Collaborate with care team and family
