💼 About This Role

You'll lead the establishment and scaling of Harmattan AI's manufacturing capabilities in the US, building a reliable industrial ecosystem for advanced defense technologies. You'll manage partnerships, optimize production, and transition prototypes to scalable production. This role is critical to supporting rapid growth and delivering mission-critical systems to allied forces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the US manufacturing strategy aligned with global industrial roadmap.
• Manage manufacturing partnerships and production capabilities for high-quality output.
• Oversee production setup, optimize processes, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership across multiple sites.
• Experience in robotics, aerospace, or defense sectors with strict time and budget constraints.
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced robotics and AI technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
