💼 About This Role

You'll lead partner ecosystem growth in Japan for Docker, a leader in developer tooling. You'll build scalable partner motions that drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute partner strategy aligned with GTM priorities
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate partners to drive pipeline
  • Enable partners to identify and close opportunities independently
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in partner sales or alliances in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner ecosystems
  • Strong commercial instincts and ownership of revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience operating across multiple Japan markets
  • Familiarity with Docker or container ecosystem
