You'll manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and budgeting while collaborating with communications and major gifts teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create operational systems and project plans for supporter engagement events.
• Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, budgeting, and registration.
• Partner with Communications Team on event branding and materials.
• Support fundraising strategies and donor stewardship.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years planning fundraising or cultivation events in a nonprofit setting.
• Demonstrated success managing revenue-driving events.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google/Microsoft Suites, and tools like Asana.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cvent or Canva.
• Knowledge of auction solicitation strategies.
• Background in major gifts coordination.
