💼 About This Role

You'll join Verkor, a French industrial company pioneering low-carbon battery production, as an Assistant in Soft FM. You'll support the Maintenance and General Services team in managing facility contracts, quality inspections, and technical interventions. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment interacting with technical and security teams, external suppliers, and internal users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor operational Soft FM services and contract compliance
• Support quality inspections for cleaning, green spaces, and waste sorting
• Assist in planning simple maintenance and tracking contractor interventions
• Contribute to restaurant service quality and HACCP standards control

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bac+2 to Bac+3 in Facility Management, Logistics, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal soft skills
• Basic English language skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI
