You'll join the Technical Customer Support team, acting as a trusted advisor to IT Professionals by troubleshooting Veeam Backup & Replication issues. Your core impact is ensuring data resilience through log analysis and problem resolution. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge backup technology for a global market leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform troubleshooting and log file investigation
• Act as technical focal point for IT Professionals
• Own customer issues from start through resolution
• Document interactions accurately in CRM tool

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English
• Advanced user/administrative level with Windows Server 2016-2025
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP and networking configuration
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical information

✨ Nice to Have

• UNIX/Linux knowledge
• VMware ESX(i) or Microsoft Hyper-V experience
• Database engine knowledge (SQL/Oracle)
