You'll serve as the first line of technical support for a globally distributed team at Vultr, a leading cloud infrastructure company. Your work directly enables employee productivity, and you'll have the opportunity to build scalable documentation and runbooks that grow with the company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the daily helpdesk ticket queue, triaging and resolving issues within SLAs
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues on macOS and Windows for remote employees
- Administer core SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in helpdesk or IT support role
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows endpoints
- SaaS administration experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom
- Experience with identity and access management platforms like Okta or Azure AD
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MDM tools like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
- Experience with ticketing platforms like Jira Service Management or Zendesk
