You'll serve as the first line of technical support for a globally distributed team at Vultr, a leading cloud infrastructure company. Your work directly enables employee productivity, and you'll have the opportunity to build scalable documentation and runbooks that grow with the company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the daily helpdesk ticket queue, triaging and resolving issues within SLAs
  • Troubleshoot endpoint issues on macOS and Windows for remote employees
  • Administer core SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in helpdesk or IT support role
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows endpoints
  • SaaS administration experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom
  • Experience with identity and access management platforms like Okta or Azure AD

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with MDM tools like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
  • Experience with ticketing platforms like Jira Service Management or Zendesk
