- Develop business development strategy for government contracts at local and state levels
- Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities through RFPs and proposals
- Oversee end-to-end proposal development to ensure compliant submissions
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and stakeholders
- Manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years in business development within government contracting
- Proven success securing public sector contracts including RFP responses
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance
- Leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams

- Advanced degree in Public Health or related field
- Proficiency with CRM systems and government procurement platforms
- Experience in consulting-driven environment
