  • Develop business development strategy for government contracts at local and state levels
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities through RFPs and proposals
  • Oversee end-to-end proposal development to ensure compliant submissions
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and stakeholders
  • Manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth

  • 15+ years in business development within government contracting
  • Proven success securing public sector contracts including RFP responses
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance
  • Leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams

  • Advanced degree in Public Health or related field
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and government procurement platforms
