💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities, assisting them in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment and interventions delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. You'll work per visit basis in Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, and Adams counties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide treatment and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being.
• Conduct tests and client education as delegated.

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• At least one year's work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
• Other activities as requested.
