🎯 What You'll Do

• Design GTM systems and data infrastructure for AI-powered revenue engine
• Lead pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and business performance analytics
• Architect scalable workflows and automation across lead and client lifecycle
• Translate GTM strategy into operating models, metrics, and accountability frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
• 4+ years people management experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, analytics, and process design
• Proven success leading revenue operations transformation in high-growth environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI strategy for GTM
• Familiarity with Gong, Chili Piper, Seismic
