🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise prospective homebuyers and guide them through home financing.

• Quote rates and guidelines with accuracy and fairness.

📋 Requirements

• NMLS MLO License is required.
• 4+ years of residential mortgage lending experience.
• Active licenses for mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector (LP/LPA).
