You'll lead payment operations for a global blockchain ecosystem behind the world's largest crypto exchange. Your core impact is ensuring operational excellence across payment products, incidents, and regulatory compliance. You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive scalability and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead operational incident management with Pix, SPI, DICT, banking partners.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and compliance with Central Bank policies.
• Coordinate dispute handling, chargebacks, and fraud prevention cases.
• Manage payment operations including reconciliation and settlement.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs and executive dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in fintech, digital banking, or payment institutions.
• Strong knowledge of Pix and payment operations.
• Experience managing operational incidents and SLAs.
• Knowledge of Central Bank regulated operations.
