💼 About This Role

You'll oversee data center mobilizations and operational transitions from planning to go-live. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless handover. This role offers exposure to hyperscale environments and large-scale infrastructure programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end data center transition and readiness activities
• Develop and maintain detailed transition project plans
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across ops, engineering, HR
• Track deliverables, schedules, risks, and action items
• Prepare reporting materials including dashboards and executive summaries

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in data center operations or transition roles
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure systems (UPS, cooling, generators)
• Strong project management skills including planning and risk management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with commissioning or data center transitions
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and SOP/MOP/EOP documentation
• PMP or technical certifications
