Description

You will connect with small and medium-sized businesses via phone, selling leads to service providers and coaching them on how to build customer relationships. You'll make up to 200 dials daily, overcome objections, and exceed sales targets in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years sales/customer-facing experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Motivation to exceed sales goals and continuously improve
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer aptitude

Responsibilities

• Outreach to service providers via phone to discuss value proposition and product offering
• Make up to 200 dials daily to build momentum and hit sales goals
• Overcome objections and negotiate solutions while building trust with providers
• Coach service providers on building long-term customer relationships
• Guide providers through background check authorization and approval process
