💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement GenAI solutions for UK public sector customers using Cohere's stack. You'll close the last-mile gap in Enterprise AI adoption by delivering products with early startup agility. This role requires active SC Clearance and deep UK public sector expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and build large new areas within the product.
• Work across backend, frontend, and Large Language Models.
• Experiment at high velocity to engage and deliver for customers.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to production.

📋 Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (DV Clearance preferred).
• UK citizenship with 8+ years in public sector technology roles.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in secure government environments.
• Deep understanding of UK public sector ecosystems (Central/Local Government, NHS, Emergency Services).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building LLM applications using Langchain.
• Experience in Information Retrieval systems for document QA.
• Experience in NLP using Python, SpaCy, HuggingFace, NLTK.
