Requirements

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with architect-level expertise
• Hands-on across multiple modules
• Strong grasp of scripting, Glide API, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server)
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
• ServiceNow CTA or multiple CIS certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, AppEngine, ITSM, ITOM
• Shape technical blueprints, standards, and integration models for enterprise and government projects
• Drive innovation with AI and automation, blending ServiceNow with intelligent workflows
• Mentor developers, coach squads, and set standards for delivery excellence
